HIGHFIELDS NORTH STAGE 1 SOLD OUT - STAGE 2 IS NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Highfields North Stage 2 is located on the corner of Kleinton and Meringandan Roads, behind the Kalimna Park Estate and east of Trevean Gardens (see "Highfields North Location with Surrounding Estates Map" link below).  Blocks in Stage 2 will range in size from 820m2 to 1675m2 and will be sewered and have town water and underground power.  There are 34 residential blocks being developed in Stage 2 and on completion the overall estate will include some 420 lots with parks, land for sporting fields and a convenience centre on Meringandan Road (see "Highfields North Proposed Masterplan" link below).
