Kleinton/Meringandan Road Stage 1 (HIGHFIELDS):  Clive is hoping to begin this subdivison in September 2010 and be completed and priced around March 2011.  This development is located behind the Kalimna Park subdivision and east of Trevean Gardens (see "Location Map" link below).  Blocks in Stage 1 range in size from 904m2 to 1175m2 and are sewered and have town water and underground power.  There are 64 residential blocks being developed in Stage 1 and on completion the overall estate will include some 400 lots with parks, sporting fields and a convenience centre on Meringandan Road.
