Clive is also hoping to start development of Stage 2 of this subdivision around October this year and he will be aiming to have construction completed by the end of 2010.  If all the blocks in Stage 1 sell-out and we do not contact you to offer you a block in the first stage, your name will remain on our "Expressions of Interest" list for Stage 2 of the subdivision.
