STAGES 1 & 2
Stages 1 & 2 of Akora include 48 lots ranging in size from 817m² to 1520m², but the majority of blocks are around 920m² in size. Construction has been completed by Hutchinsons. At present, the Survey Plan and As Constructed engineering plans are being prepared by Byrne Surveyors and RMA. The development engineers from Toowoomba Regional Council are currently inspecting the infrastructure constructed for 'on maintenance' approval. Soil testing on all lots has been completed and soil classifications include H1 & H2 soils. Landscaping works should commence early February. We hope to be selling the Stages 1 & 2 lots late February to mid March. For your perusal, please find attached:

STAGE 3
Stage 3 of Akora is currently under construction with Hutchinsons. For your perusal, please find attached the Lot Layout Plan for Stage 3 and the proposed Master Plan of the estate.
