STAGES 1, 2 & 3 - The 93 lots in the first three stages of Akora have been sold.

STAGE 4 - Development and Supplementary Approvals issued by Toowoomba Regional Council:
- Reconfiguring a Lot Approval - RAL/2024/1617/A
- Management Agreement for Compensatory Environmental Works.  The Agreement includes the following Annexures.
- Revegetation Management Plan:  Revegetation Works were completed on 30th June 2025.
- Covenant Management Plan:  The 4 year maintenance phase commenced on 1st July 2025.
- Vegetation Covenant:  The Covenant Area (Revegetation Works Area) will be surveyed within the next two months and a Vegetation Covenant will be registered against the title of the property over the works area surveyed.   The Vegetation Covenant will protect the trees from being removed in the future.
