Charker & West Streets - Kearneys Spring

This new development on the corner of Charker Street and West Street in Kearneys Spring will be constructed over two stages.  Stage 1 is currently under construction and we hope to continue with the development of Stage 2 in 2026.  Kearneys Spring is a very popular area of Toowoomba as the area is close to schools, childcare centres, shopping centres, sporting facilities and UniSQ.

Stage 1
Stage 1 of Charker and West Streets comprises 53 lots, ranging in size from 480m² to 706m².  All lots will have reticulated sewerage, underground power, and be NBN ready. The blocks will be levelled from boundary to boundary, so cut/fill earthworks will not be required.  The 53 lots will not be sold until the civil construction works have been completed, the lots have been soil tested, final approvals have been received from Toowoomba Regional Council and the Survey Plan is registered.
